Nail Fungus Treatment

Onychomycosis is the fungal infection of the nail that causes changes in colour, shape and texture. When it affects the skin between the toes it is called «athlete's foot».

Before starting treatment we carry out a culture for differential diagnosis with other pathologies. A positive diagnosis is followed by treatment with our laser, which may be combined with topical or oral treatments.

We take photos with a digital magnifying camera to compare progress, and perform an aesthetic pedicure to thin the nail and ease penetration of the light beam.

Our laser combines 980 nm and 1064 nm at 60 W, treating the nail bed, matrix and lateral folds to prevent reinfection. The treatment is safe, painless and has no side effects.
